Job Description Summary

The Assistant Manager, Domestic Sales Administration, United States, is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day management of its agreements is properly handled including clearances, product inclusion notices, and field order creation.  This position will specifically be responsible for handling Basic Cable/Network Broadcast and New Media sales processing.  Candidate will be a team player who is detail oriented, and has excellent organizational and people skills.  This is a long-term temporary position.

 Job Responsibilities:Obtain TV start dates from home video and schedules for EST windows for new product.  Liaise with Legal, Sales and Admin regarding relevant issues that may affect sales.Provide all aspects of sales support, such as title information and product availability lists. Issue notices to clients to advise them of window availability.Work closely with Distribution Services to ensure timely delivery of product.  Ensure coordination between Sales and Distribution Services on permissible shipping dates for new sales.Update SAFE database once product notices are sent out to record sales records to enable timely billing and correct availability data.Maintain SAFE – in terms of EST holdbacks and other new media data.Assist Manager, Sales Administration in providing ad hoc reports to Sales.Perform other related duties as requested by Management. Requirements/Skills:

· REQUIRED:

· Bachelor’s Degree, or 2 years experience in TV/Home Video.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
