Daily Duties: Will be designing commercial & residential, large & small scale projects. Hands-on design of custom residential projects state wide as well as retail and a wide range of other projects including coffee houses, apartment complexes, condos, office condos, Harley-Davidson Outlets, etc. We have already been approached by many clients that know us from our years in the business .

Requirements: Must be an Arizona Registrant or be able to transfer a license to the state. We are looking for an experienced individual that has a true team spirit and is willing to work with younger people and pass on their knowledge. We are a team environment. We all work together, and our spirit is truly and fully engulfed within our work environment. A lot of places brag about this team spirit, we truly have it and are looking for the Architect that will embrace our people but look to business and provide us with the professionalism that we need to produce for our clients what is necessary to get the job done.

The owner of the business is two hours from the location of the Scottsdale office. For this reason, the Architect must be a person of focus and self motivation. Creativity, personality, and motivation should be openly outward traits. Inward characteristics are not what we will seek in an individual for such a high ranking position. You should easily be able to openly communicate with peers, and teach those around you, and willing to share your knowledge without being asked.

About us: Established in 1996 as a residential design firm, we have grown into a firm now covering the spectrums including Commercial Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Surveying, Rendering, Reprographics, Drafting Support as well as other minor related services.

Our offices are located in Flagstaff, Prescott, a small satellite in Portland, Oregon and our newest addition just opening at the Airpark in Scottsdale, Arizona. The TI is finished out to our specifications and is first class.

Your projects will be lead along by a local as well as a Corporate Project Manager to help alleviate project scheduling stress. You will be supported by a full team of design and drafting professionals with years of experience.

We are in full progress of development of a human resources program to help track our projects progress to keep us on schedule, again as a way to alleviate unnecessary industry related stress. Our goal is to be on time, industry leaders, fully in house without having the burden of relying on the schedules of outside services.
