JOB PURPOSE:
   Provide internal/external office support, which may include identifying, and offering solutions to system 
 and process problems and assisting with special projects.
 

Position Information: Northwest Airlines is seeking a qualified candidate for a Support Associate in the Base Operations division of our Inflight department. This is a full time position located in Boston, Massachusetts. 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE) 
   High school diploma or equivalent
   1 + years previous general clerical experience 
   Experience utilizing PC/mainframe systems to create spreadsheets 
   and databases. 
 

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
 Demonstrated ability to perform mathematical calculations.
 Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and verbal form. 
 Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete duties in 
 timely efficient manner.  Working knowledge of department procedures
 and processes.  Demonstrated competency in the area of: Safety, Customer
 Service, Practical Learning, Initiative/Engery, Teamwork/Collaboration, 
 Communications, Managing the Job/Decision Making, Motivational Fit.
