Service Delivery Manager (MCO Int'l Airport)
Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd., the award winning international airline renowned for its creativity, innovation & superlative customer service is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee airport operations at Orlando International Airport.
The Service Delivery Manager will lead and direct the consistent achievement of outstanding service in partnership with vendors and suppliers. In this key role, selected candidate will manage station service and/or operations quality performance by analyzing key performance indicators, attend pre-shift operations briefings, work with suppliers to solve performance issues and guide supplier in successful execution of their duties. Must ensure timely service or operations related accounting & administration requirements are met by vendors.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years airline operational experience in all passenger & aircraft areas, ramp experience preferred, with 3 years management level experience and the proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team relationship with suppliers. A strong general knowledge of airport operations and a strong command of the airline industry irregular operational procedures is required. Working knowledge of supply chain management, basic employment laws and knowledge of FAA & CAA regulations and applicable federal, state and local laws & ordinances is necessary. Must have working knowledge of MS office, Internet and airline computerized reservation system.
