SkyTECH Solutions LLC is currently searching for an aggressive sales professional with substantial experience in the IT services and staffing space in the airlines and airports domain.We are looking for a “hunter-type” sales professional that can perform in today’s sales-driven market.

 

In the role of Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for sales activities in North America, including: generating and qualifying leads, driving sales and expanding market share, developing “C” level relationships with airlines, airport authorities, and other aviation industry companies, providing a positive work attitude, and developing a sales plan that will build a strong client base.

 

In order to be considered, candidates should have the following credentials:

 

· Minimum of 5+ years experience in the IT services field

· Direct selling experience in the IT space focused on solutions and staffing

· Experience selling project based application development services

· Experience selling IT outsourcing services, specifically offshore services

· Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC)

· Recent experience opening new accounts

· “C”-level established relationships within the airline industry preferred

· Excellent time management, written, verbal and presentation skills

· Ability to demonstrate an immediate impact on sales

· Understanding of current IT concepts, solutions & environments

· Employ solution-selling techniques to identify business needs and stimulate demand

· Develop and present consultative proposals that convey business need and client benefit

· Understand competitors and articulate competitive advantage

· Effective negotiation and closing techniques to secure profitable business
