- Provide excellent assistance to the traveling public by performing various customer service duties in the airport terminal.

- Receive and direct incoming calls, greet and direct customers, tag and handle baggage.
- Prepare tickets, determine fares and routing to assure passenger's travel needs are met.
- Have a working knowledge of the ticket counter, boarding gates and baggage service area.

Required Skills:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Perform essential functions of the job including lifting up to 75lbs.
- Must type a minimum of 20 wpm.
- Proven customer service skill, professional appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work any shift in a 7-day workweek including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Candidate must be able to clear a fingerprint-based criminal history check in order to obtain and retain credentials necessary for the position. Position-specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal service clearances.
