Customer Service (Call Center)

A leading, international biotechnology company based in the Research Triangle Park of North Carolina needs a Customer Service Representative for their inbound call center.

 

Job Duties include:
- answer client inquiries about specific company programs
- utilize database to query accounts & troubleshoot data inaccuracies
- data entry such as customer complaint data

 

Job Requirements:
- bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
- minimum 6 months of customer support experience via telephone
-knowledge in the agriculture field is highly desired
- proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & Internet
