Account Specialist

ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance is recognized nationwide as a leader in landscape maintenance services. From regular maintenance and water management, to seasonal color and tree care, we can handle every aspect of landscape management, drawing upon our deep experience to serve a wide range of customers, from resorts, retail centers, and corporate campuses to homeowner's associations, public spaces, and private residences

 

We currently have a full time position available for an Account Specialist who will manage relationships and landscape maintenance accounts for a targeted group of properties in coordination with an Account Manager. 

 

Account Specialists are also responsible for:
Building strong customer relationships by becoming the main point of contact for a customer and learning how to become the customer’s trusted landscape maintenance advisor
Training with Account Manager to effectively take over the planning, assigning and directing of work for crew leaders and landscape gardeners
Managing the contract renewal process – coordinating information between branch and customers
Training employees on best practices in order to deliver our maintenance service safely, efficiently and proactively
Preparing proposals and customer budget worksheets and participating in presentations to win proposals

 

Requirements: 
Prefer Bachelors degree in Ag Business, Horticulture, Ag Science, Landscape Maintenance, Agronomy, Floriculture, Forestry, Plant and Soil Science, Environmental Design, Turf Grass or Landscape Architecture
Proficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong work ethic
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
