Technical Recruiter

Rapidly expanding DoD Consulting firm has an immediate opening for a savvy, experience Technical Recruiter who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

 

Candidate will recruit for a wide variety of positions from administrative to technical to scientific, both exempt and non-exempt. Candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a high-volume Department of Defense contractor environment and be well-versed in all aspects of recruiting including:

 

·  drafting and editing of detailed job descriptions

·  searching online resume databases

·  pre-qualifying candidates through telephone and email communication

·  conducting interviews and reference checks

·  in-processing of new employees

 

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of recruiting candidates with a military background in a DoD setting including familiarity with the positions and requirements unique to a government contractor. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations is essential. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years relevant experience is required. Excellent written and verbal skills are necessary.
