Engineering Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced contract Technical or Engineering Recruiter to work onsite.

Primary tasks would be: Sourcing, screening and identification of potential employees through a variety of methods including, but not limited to the internet, print advertising, job fairs, word of mouth and customer and employee referrals.

Must have a proven track record in the full-life cycle of recruitment; Screening and evaluation of candidates, data entry and paperwork as necessary, follow up with candidates and customers, employee orientations, database/internet resume searches.

Additional duties will include the use of advanced Direct recruiting & screening and interviewing skills and conducting reference checks.

Requirements:
3+ years successful recruiting experience in the Engineering or Technical arena.  Aerospace recruitment experience a plus.
Excellent customer service skills, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills.
Outstanding follow-up and follow-through with both managers and candidates.
Strong written and verbal communication with commitment to quality.
Must be flexible, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be computer literate with MS Office, databases and Internet.

Associate or Bachelors Degree is preferred.
