Electronics Technician - In Flight Entertainment

ESSENTIAL DUITES and RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Able to work with common test instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, DMMs and audio/video test equipment.

 

2) Able to work with PC's and applications such as Window and automated test programs.

 

3) May work on analog, digital and/or video type circuits and logic systems.

 

4) Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform routine testing, check-out and trouble-shooting functions.

 

5) Diagnoses and isolates malfunctions down to component level.

 

6) Must be proficient in trouble-shooting printed circuit boards.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree GED and three months related experience and/or training.  Prefer an Associates degree in Electronics Technology or related field.
