Description: We are currently seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing located at our Corporate Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. We seek a seasoned individual with a successful track record in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry who will leverage both the Sales and Marketing organizations to make significant contributions to revenue growth through increased sales and customer growth and retention. The Vice President of Sales and Marketing manages and guides all Sales and Marketing activities for the organization; proposes and executes policies and programs to achieve maximum sales volume potential for products and/or services; ensures that Sales and Marketing strategic plans are aligned with overall business strategy; leads strategic planning efforts for the Sales and Marketing organizations, monitoring results, and adjusting approaches in order to meet and exceed objectives; meet and exceeds performance targets; measures performance and productivity of their organizations and works closely with the company's divisional senior management to establish business and marketing strategies to achieve desired results.

 

Requirements: • Prefer Bachelors or Masters degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent certification and experience • A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in high demand, dynamic industry • Ability to attract and retain results-oriented strategic sales and marketing talent • Self-starter with desire to foster a sense of urgency when addressing customer concerns • Strong command of business and technical abilities • Strong relationship building skills • Ability to grow and assume greater responsibilities
