Tour Receptionist-Marketing
Hospitality Adhere to Westin brand standards in all client interaction. Deliver a high level of customer service to all guests arriving for a tour. Maintain accuracy in all processes including the preparation of reports, manifests and premium logs. Distribute appropriate gift premiums to guests.
Meet and greet the clients arriving on tour. Handle customer service issues.
Input and/or verify the trip tickets for each tour into the SUN system accurately. (ie. guest info, sales agent, sales manager, marketing solicitor, etc.)
Participate in daily, weekly and monthly verification and reconciliation of gift logs.
Communicate directly with Director of Marketing, Director of Sales, and sales leaders on tour flow.
Run reports and make copies of daily premium logs for managers and distribute accordingly
Assist marketing with marketing collateral, copies, etc.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Computer experience required including Microsoft Office suite of programs: WORD, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation practices preferred.
