Sr. Marketing Manager, Product Development
The Senior Marketing Manager’s key role will be to develop, package and promote products and services for distribution through Third Party Administrators in the Retirement Services Industry. This position will primarily interface with marketing staff, sales and relationship managers, as well as other cross-enterprise business units. This position will report to the Director of Product Development, Marketing.
Qualifications:
• Requires BA/BS degree with 5-8 years of consumer or retail product management, product development and marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of individual investor product and services required
• Broad and comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans is required, third party administrator and mutual fund trading experience preferred.
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills with ability to both lead and participate in cross-organizational teams
• Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate technical concepts and new technology.
• Strong customer focus, including ability to think in terms of customer experience.
