Regional Events Marketing Manager (Phoenix, AZ)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and extremely detailed individual to work as our Regional Events Marketing Manager (Phoenix, AZ). In this role, you will manage, coordinate and execute event marketing efforts for our partner credit cards in Phoenix, AZ in support of our airline partners. You'll be responsible for coordinating staffing, inventory and set up of our event efforts, working closely with internal team members, external vendors and our partners.

Responsibilities Include:
-Recruit, coordinate and manage staffing (independent contractors and external vendors)
-Complete payroll and incentives for staff
-Manage inventory and vendor orders
-Develop training materials and train representatives as needed
-Prepare daily/weekly reports on event results
-Primary accountability for all daily operations
-Develop marketing initiatives to achieve new account goals
-Maintain complete, professional and efficient operations
-Display complete understanding of Barclaycardus products

 

 REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor's degree
-5-10 years experience in an event-related field
-Experience in event field work and event management
-Excellent time/project management skills
-Detail oriented with the ability to creatively seek viable solutions to any given situation
-Effective verbal and written communication
-Ability to build and coach event teams, supervise staff and work with others
-Supervisory experience preferred
-Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
-Strong sales ability
