Product Marketing manager

We are currently looking for a team member to serve as Product Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluates all current and potential discount products ensuring value/need/profitability.
• Collects input from reps, coaches, merchants and consumers.
• Leads on changes that will occur due to these evaluations.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of roll outs, pilots and product changes.
• Works with marketing communications, sales and operations to ensure that sales reps, coaches, merchants and consumers are properly informed about products, including their benefits.
• Provides information and recommendations on product sales goals, product pricing, packaging, and product standing in marketplace.

Qualifications to include:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product marketing.
• Experience with consumer products, and/or products sold via multiple channels including independent sales reps or franchises preferable.
• Proven success in revamping established products and streamlining new product development.
• Experience in effectively researching/analyzing new and existing products.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
• Strong organization, project management and time management skills.
• Must possess “can do” attitude, strong curiosity, be a team player and high degree of flexibility.
• Experience with products marketed in high school and/or sports market is a plus.
• Travel will be 20-30%. Travel in batches. Typically driven by market research.
