This is an outstanding career opportunity for a talented Catalog Circulation Manager with business-to-consumer experience to select, analyze, mail and report on catalog circulation initiatives within one of the largest specialty retailers in the country!

 

In this functional management position (individual contributor role), you will be responsible for the forecasting of segment performance, associated catalog costs, customer file inventories and catalog demand along with developing goals and marketing plans for new customer acquisition, retention and reactivation.

About The Position…

 

In this fast paced and challenging position, you will be responsible for…

 

*  Working with Senior Manager to develop and execute circulation and ongoing enhancement/optimization strategies based on measured performance and customer feedback.

*  Measuring ongoing effectiveness of circulation strategies and tactics against target metrics – forecasting results of campaign/mailing activities based on ad spend and ROI.

*  Producing regular catalog segment updates forecast to life of book including:

- Weekly segment performance updates

- All catalog costs

- Segment and catalog profitability

- Catalog testing performance detail and summaries

*  Overseeing all modeling, merge/purge, cooperative databases and managing of the external list broker relationship to include list rental activities.

*  Managing key internal relationships including merchandising, IS, and retail marketing.

*  Identifying growth opportunities to increase reach and circulation through all channels.

*  Working with Senior Manager to develop and execute key test objectives.

*  Being the key contributor in developing customer contact strategies, new customer acquisition, retention and reactivation offers.

 

To be immediately and seriously considered for this amazing opportunity, you must have the following:

 

*  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

*  3 to 5 years experience in Catalog Marketing

*  Strong analytical and implementation skills

*  Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills – ability to interact effectively with all levels

*  Must be well-versed in current best practices and industry trends for Catalog Marketing

*  Results-oriented with strong project management and problem-solving skills
