Off Madison Ave is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our integrated advertising and public relations agency. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day client communication – Serve as the primary contact for agency clients and work with them to understand their business and their marketing programs, be an active steward of the brand, assess market opportunities, and help them achieve their business and marketing objectives.

• Managing day-to-day project management – Serve as the central point of contact within the agency for all projects on behalf of the client, keep track of projects, and maintain consistent workflow by working closely with the Creative team, the media team and other agency groups.
• Directing quarterly account planning – Direct quarterly meetings of the account team to review all account activities and opportunities.
• Billing – Supervise monthly billing activities on behalf of agency clients.
• New Business Development – From time to time, agency business development depends upon the cooperation of the Account Service team. Associated duties may include research, proposal development and competitive cost analysis.

5-7 years experience, with some experience working in an agency background, is essential. Experience handling major accounts is preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate a solid knowledge of marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in multi-functional teams. Good writing skills – as part of overall communications skills – are also important and a writing test may be required. A Bachelors degree or better is required.
