Web Content SpecialistThe Corporate Executive Board is currently seeking an innovative, energetic and organized individual to play a key role on the Web team. This person will work with the Web Director to support external members and internal constituents through the membership Web sites, and to ensure that the sites contribute to the achievement of the program’s renewal and growth goals. The Web Content Specialist will also have an opportunity to help formulate and guide Web services for new programs being launched within the company. Responsibilities Include:· Design and manage content of membership Web sites· Participate in cross company teams to identify, propose, and manage implementation of new Web-based products· Contribute to Web strategic and operational planning. · Help formulate and execute internal and external marketing/education campaigns for new Web innovations· Identify new and innovative ways to serve members through the Web site
Requirements: · Demonstrated facility for time management and multi-tasking with strict adherence to deadlines· Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus in a collegial work environment· Tolerance for ambiguity and self-drive, to operate in an entrepreneurial setting· Exceptional member service ethic; comfort in communicating directly with senior executives· Knowledge or willingness to learn corpus of the programs’ research libraries· Attention to detail· Solid writing and editing skills· A demonstrated, strong interest in web design; web savvy; experience with HTML is necessary· Confident working directly with senior and executive level program management
