Site Supervisor: Copy, Mail, Courier Services

Do you enjoy being the "go-to-person" and interacting with customers? If so, we would love to speak to you about our current Site Supervisor position within IKON's Management Services division. IKON Office Solutions is currently looking for you to supervise the day-to-day operations at our customer location in Natick, MA. In this position, you will manage customer relationships, provide training and complete reports as well as other rewarding tasks. In this role, you will supervise one employee, provide copy/mail/bindery/courier services. As a Site Supervisor, you will maintain the workflow, ensure the office equipment is running smoothly and work through customer needs. As the point person on site you will be responsible for handling customer issues and contract compliance, while also performing day-to-day front-end tasks. Requires high school diploma or GED and 2 plus years of experience in a related field. This position requires valid, violation-free driver’s license along with minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per IKON Office Solutions policy.
