Provide administrative support to the Zone Sales Leader and Zone Operations Manager at our Boylston, MA office. Update, maintain, and distribute a variety of zone reports in Excel, Business Objects, and other systems. Coordinate and maintain in proper working order all office machinery, including: phones; printers; copiers; faxes; etc located at the Boylston site. Manage supply ordering process for the site, keeping expenditures within budgetary commitments. Update and Maintain filing systems. Coordinate and manage zone meetings and training events. Prepare presentations in PowerPoint. Assist in recruitment processes. Assume other responsibilities as needed.
