Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to $35k – Paid Overtime

A Boutique Investment Firm is seeking a well polished receptionist with outstanding interpersonal skills. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door at a dynamic company and grow towards a future administrative position. As the Receptionist you will be responsible for managing the flow of guests in the main reception area and handling incoming phone calls. Additional responsibilities will include some general administrative duties so additional administrative skills such as time management and organization are a must. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, professional, and pro active. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and proven proficiency with Microsoft Office.
