Receiving Clerk

Are you seeking a Company that is a unique and dynamic environment with the opportunity for personal and professional growth?  If so, we want to hear from you!  We are a national pharmaceutical wholesaler and distributor in Livonia, Michigan and we have an opening for a Receiving Clerk in our Operations Department.  This is a full time, first shift position (Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.)  Duties will be performed under the direct supervision of the Receiving Supervisor. 

 

POSITION FUNCTION

Process and link pedigree documentation to receipts and resolve inbound purchase order discrepancies.

 

RESPONSIBILITIESObtain, enter and link related receiving documents prior to receipt of inbound merchandise. Resolve issues with inbound pedigree documentation in orer to properly and expeditiously  process inbound reciepts. Resolve discrepancies on inbound purchase orders with Purchasing Department in order to process those receipts. Data entry of daily production and audit reports.

 

QUALIFICATIONSMust have outstanding pc skills and experience using MS Office (word, excel, Outlook) Must have excellent verbal and written comunication skills. Must be self motivated and detail oriented. Prior RECEIVING EXPERIENCE is preferred. Prior WMS/MAINFRAME use is preferred. Prior CUSTOMER SERVICE experience is preferred.
