Real Estate Systems Administrator to $45k Bonus Potential
Prestigious Boston professional services company is seeking a Real Estate Systems Administrator with strong presentation skills to join their dynamic team. As Systems Administrator you will be responsible for enhancing, entering, managing and maintaining the OPM database as well as the leasing archives, and creating portfolio reports to support the planning and budgeting of units. Additional duties will include providing the necessary assistance for processes and procedures, acting as a liaison between the real estate and IT teams, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will work effectively under pressure, multi task well, and be capable of handling multiple projects at one time. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in real estate, business administration or technology, two or more years of business and systems experience, and proficient computer technology skills.
