Public Support Coordinator

Position provides administrative support for Public Support Department (financial development) and Front Desk at non-profit organization. Position is part-time, 20 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

 

Responsibilities:Data entry and acknowledgements of financial donations Process mail, including sorting and receipting monies Serve as switchboard operator and front desk receptionist from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm daily and as needed Assist in coordination of special events

 

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent Good written and verbal communication skills Basic computer knowledge, including Word and Excel
