Project Coordinator

In 2006 we will educate over 120,000 healthcare providers through our Pri-Med branded medical education programs. With live programs in over 70 cities nationwide, as well as online content and printed publications, Pri-Med brings expert speakers and educators from the national setting to the local level. We attribute our phenomenal success to our talented and highly motivated team.
We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide support to the Project Leader team relative to Pri-Med Institute’s Education Partner (EP) account management and communications. S/he will maintain and follow-up on standardized communications and report distributions that are routinely delivered to EPs. The Project Coordinator will automate and deliver EP routine communications under the direction of the manager, and follow up on client inquiries with the Project Leader managing the account. S/he will develop basic working knowledge of the workflow process, track and enter EP-related account information as well as logistic information received by EPs and communicate information to internal account executives and teams. S/he will meet and exceed deadlines when preparing and updating communications for EPs and adding/updating information into company database.
The successful candidate will have a BS/BA or equivalent and one to two years of experience. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required. The ability to multi-task, assume responsibility, and meet deadlines for ongoing projects is required, as is the ability to work both individually (with limited direct supervision) and as part of a team. Must have excellent written, verbal and email communication skills. Solid computer skills including MS Office applications required. Experience using SalesLogix or similar CRM is a plus. Superior customer service skills are a must. Ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to assume additional responsibilities as our team continues to grow.
