Payroll /HR Administrator

Summary:  To provide administrative support to the HR Manager in providing customer service to all employees relating to human resources including payroll, benefits and training. Maintain high standards of confidentiality.

 

Responsibilities:Payroll

§ Ensure that all weekly time sheets are submitted correctly and on timely basis for weekly payroll processing

§ Assist Manager with the processing of payroll as required

§ Provide managers with PTO reports on a monthly basis

§ Maintain employee calendars

§ Update weekly payroll schedules

§ Calculate monthly census information

§ Prepare quarterly payroll tax reconciliationsBenefits

§ Process benefit enrollment paperwork for new employees

§ Verify I-9 documentation

§ Provide support to employees regarding benefits

§ Assist Manager with reconciling benefits invoices from providers

§ Assist Manager with annual mailings of required notifications

§ Process COBRA Notifications to current and terminated employees

 

Required skills:

Microsoft Word, Excel

ADP Payroll experience
