Nielsen Media Research the leader in the TV ratings business is looking for a professional and dependable individual to play an important role in our Indianapolis office. This position contacts households to schedule the installation and removal of equipment, schedules and confirms appointments, and handles incoming calls. No selling is involved however persuasion skills and superior communication skills are required. Successful candidates will use their Windows 95 experience, customer service background And excellent communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable with phones and computers. Bilingual language skills are a plus. Must be able to work M-F 9 am-3 pm.
