PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Rizzo Associates, Inc., a subsidiary of Tetra Tech, Inc., is a leading engineering and environmental consulting firm providing multi-disciplinary services to both public and private clients.  We enjoy high profile, premier design projects and thrive on the resulting personal and professional opportunities. We currently seek a skilled Project Administrator to assist our Site/Civil team.  This position is located in our Framingham, Massachusetts office.

The Project Administrator is responsible for financial and administrative support for client projects including the implementation of project budgets, spending analysis, invoicing, and business system maintenance. 

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 Assists in the development of project work breakdown structures, budgets and schedulesCompletes project setup in OracleProjects financial tracking and analysisConducts project invoicingMaintains and updates Oracle project dataCreates financial reporting related to projectsAdvises management of problems and proposes and implements solutions to Project Management issuesProvides scheduling and collections support to the Site/Civil team

 

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a 2-year degree in Business or Accounting; experience in a similar role; an ability to work independently; excellent teamwork skills; strong analytical skills; well defined organizational skills; very good verbal and written communications skills; and experience with Excel and various business software systems. Knowledge of scheduling software is a plus.
