Non-Profit Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant 

The National Parks Conservation Association, the nation’s leading national park advocacy organization, seeks a professional to provide direct support to its president (periodically for EVP).  Serve as key liaison in ensuring that donor trips are fully orchestrated; work closely with the Executive Team; ensuring president’s timely handling of deadline items needed by staff and scheduling specific project timelines.  Provide assistance to/back-up to Board Liaison.

 

Minimum Quals: Bachelors degree or equivalent.  Minimum 3 years consistently working closely with CEO/Executive Director/VP equivalent or above.  Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, proficient in MS Word.  Must have high level of confidentiality to handle sensitive and confidential matters.

 

Salary pays up to $50K, commensurate with experience.
