Managed Services Executive, Pittsburgh office

 
Position Summary:
This is an entry level opportunity within the Managed Services Team managing multiple clients using our technology.  This position will help drive the clients business through our hosted applications and help drive revenue growth. This role is a combination of consulting, project management and technical support.
 
Responsibilities:

manage day-to-day customer activities associated with specified product to achieve best results based on clients business goals.
provide remote diagnostics, troubleshooting application anomalies, configuration, and consulting on best practices and user questions
acquire and maintain product knowledge consistent with job level and products supported
provide exceptional customer service as defined by DRT, including taking ownership and displaying appropriate accountability when follow-up is required
take calls based upon when they are entered, priority of call, or priority set by supervisor
 
Key Qualifications:
Experience

previous technical or customer support experience is a plus
 
Knowledge/Skills

knowledge of SQL, HTML and PHP
excellent verbal and written communication skills
strong knowledge of computers, email and Microsoft products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
 
Education

4 year college or equivalent technical education/experience
