Lead Admin/Data Entry
Overview You will be in charge of all functions associated with customer relations and other office administration duties. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
Duties :
Successfully complete all applicable training.
Work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Give timely customer feedback to Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
Practice courteous and proper phone etiquette when answering phones & pages.
Support all other office duties and personnel.
Support all national, regional and facility programs.
Assist in training of new Team Members.
Application of all credits due to customer.
Maintain clean and sanitary work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader, Associate Team Leader, Buyer, and Facility Leadership
Assist in transferring data between multiple software systems.
Requirements:
At least two years of successful admin/data entry experience required
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Standing and walking 1 to 4 hours a day, sitting 6 to 8 hours a day.
Ability to operate all necessary equipment.
Knowledge of JDA a plus.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Self motivated
Ability to travel based upon needs of facility operations..
Type 40 wpm minimum
Ability to be on the phone 2 to 6 hours per day
Ability to have constant repetition of duties (hands and fingers)
Frequent reaching
Occasional loud noises
