Financial & Retirement Account Representatives
Northside financial services company!
As a Financial and Retirement Account Representative you will be corresponding with customers by phone, in writing and by e-mail regarding their mutual fund, retirement accounts & stock porfolios.
Positions require basic to intermediate clerical/PC skills associated with correspondence, i.e. data entry related to account transactions.
Requiring:
Excellent Grammar and punctuation
Clear written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and advanced problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic PC skills
Ability to navigate through multiple programs
Must be able to work in team as well as independently
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail along
Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality in previous employment.
To qualify you need a customer service background in banking, financial services, or similiar industry/position - steady employment record and excellent references.
Work hours are Monday-Friday until 6:30pm and requires work every other Saturday. Exact hours will be scheduled once training is completed.
