Job Duties include but are not limited to:Answering incoming calls from customers regarding products & servicesMaintaining a professional phone manner at all timesResponding to multiple calls simultaneously and prioritizing call transfersClerical responsibilities such as photocopying, faxing & filingOther duties as assigned
