Enrollment Processor

EDMC Online Higher Education is seeking Enrollment Processors to assist during the new student enrollment process.  This position requires strong customer service skills, along with sound critical thinking skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

This key position serves as a liaison between Admissions, Student Financial Services, and other departments.  This role provides support by maintaining administrative systems, procedures, computer input and updating all student information.  Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete student admissions files for all applicants.  Provide clerical/administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities also include collection of paperwork, follow up on missing forms, assist in securing transcripts & proof of graduation documents, and assist with required admissions testing. 

Skills/Requirements

• Customer service orientation, personable nature.

• Minimum of 1-2 years office/clerical support experience.

• Must be able to communicate and effectively act as a member of a team as well as ability to work independently.

• Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred.

• Strong computer literacy skills required.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, and must be able to follow up on open issues and be good with details.
