Customer Account Reps - Level II

 

We have immediate opportunities for professional call center representatives with a minimum of 3 years experience and a steady work  history.  Account Management, Advanced Call Center, or Tier I/II Help desk background preferred. 

 

Work with Educators, Parents and Administrators on product and online ordering processes, shipment tracking, customer files, credits-collections and all service issues.  We need associates to manage and coordinate customer accounts. Interact daily with the educational community.

Effectively and professionally communicate critical information in writing or orally to team members. Capable of functioning as a team player in a marketing environment. We're seeking candidates who are committed to learning new skills, flexible and adaptable to change.

 

Skills Needed:

 
Exceptional communication skills, good writing ability
Typing/Data Entry & Strong PC knowledge, Word, Excel and Outlook
Advanced research and documentation skills
Team Oriented
Professional, Organized & Detail oriented


You must be available to work as early as 9am and as late as 8pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime is possible based on call volume. Primary schedule is 10am-7pm, Mon-Fri.
