Data Entry Specialist

Aearo Company, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high quality safety products, has an opening for a part time/temporary Data Entry Specialist, for our dynamic Northwest Indianapolis facility. Excellent opportunity for flexible part time hours, (up to 30 hours per week-6 hours per day) as well as position growth within the Customer Service area. Salary range-$13.00-15.00 per hour. 

 
POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibilities include working with a leading manufacturer of safety products in a fast paced environment processing customer inquiries, orders, and expedite request.


REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified individuals will be high school graduates, some college preferred,  with a minimum of two years experience in a fast-paced, customer service credit department or service type environment.

 

Candidates should be a self starter, with phone or customer service experience.

 

Keyboard proficiency, with ability to input customer orders and research detailed inquiries.

 

Candidates must have good written and verbal skills.

 

Attention to detail is a must.

 

Proficient in computer software, such as Windows,  Word, Excel and order management system.

 

Must demonstrate ability to work alone with minimum direction while yielding accurate work output with attention to detail.
