Job Purpose & Description:

Customer Service Representative. Serves customers by taking the appropriate data of the service request, entering the data accurately, and communicating the proper data to dispatch. Develops a positive business relationship with each customer and builds trust through consistent performance. Develops a positive business relationship with co-workers and understands the value of teamwork.

 

Skills/ Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service, Excellent phone skills, Excellent typing skills, Computer literate, Verbal Communication, Listening, Multi-Tasking, Problem solving, Resolving conflict, Filing, Quality Focus
