Tyco Fire & Security is currently searching for a Telecommunications Coordinator based in West Springfield, MA. This person is responsible for analyzing each BTN (Billing Telephone Number) to determine cost and function of each facility( facilities include voice, data, and signal phone lines, all cell phone and pagers); reconciliation of billing invoices; processing payments and placing orders with vendors as required.


Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a BS degree with a minimum of one year of billing experience and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint.
