Contact Center Specialists! Medical Office or Banking Experience Preferred!

  More than 15 new openings!  Expanding Medicare Part D Contact Center!

Brand new positions for customer service representatives to assist members and providers with their medical insurance plan benefits.  100% inbound calls.  These are full time positions with potential for hire after 6 months.

 

During your initial 5 weeks of employment you will be in training Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.Training will be classroom style and PC based... then hands-on with a mentoring program. 

 

In this position you need to provide optimum customer service to maintain and enhance existing business. 

You will take personal and complete responsibility for every call to ensure the customers satisfaction... and answer questions regarding benefits and policy options.

 

To qualify your resume must clearly reflect 1+ year experience and job stability... in a Medical office, insurance, bank teller, experience with medicare or in a call center.

 

We're looking for articulate and upbeat team players who can quickly grasp new concepts.  Able to multi-task, stay organized and answer requests accurately.  You will need good math, analytical, data entry, strong communication and PC office software skills.

 

Work hours will be an 8 hour shift between 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday.  Downtown with free parking!

 

Our work schedule and attendance policy are very strict - and we expect perfect attendance during your training program.

 

$10.00/hour - raising to $10.50/hr after 90 days. Training class, supportive work environment for new employees.  Casual business dress code.  OnSite Cafeteria and other ammenities including FREE Parking!
