Construction Project Coordinator
Construction Project Coordinator Needed!
Rapidly growing General Contractor located on the west side is in immediate need of an experienced Project Coordinator! Qualified candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Construction Office (preferably Commercial General Contractor) and at least 2 years of secretarial/administrative assistant experience. You must possess general business skills (ie mailing, filing, fax, copier, etc) and be Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook). You should be experienced or at least exposed to the following tasks/duties: Submittals, Subcontracts, Change Management, Certificates of Insurance, Progress Meeting minutes, Project Start-up & Close-out.
At this time, this position will also share receptionist duties with 1-2 other people in the office -all answer multi-line phone, receive guests and deliveries, as well as general mailings and shipping.
