Agent Care New Business has an opening in the CIG Operations division for an Agent Care Rep 2 (ACR 2). A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education or experience, plus experience in customer service and/or operations that requires significant interaction with internal or external clients, is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, mainframe and policy administrative systems is preferred. Successful candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day IMO/Agent servicing and transaction processing and ensuring customer needs are met in a manner that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities include: processing new applications, responding to agent service calls and e-mails, as well as making proactive outbound calls to agents and/or other financial institutions., conducting research on service requests, problem solving and taking actions to remedy situations.

Requirements:

Basic computer skills, Word, Excel and e-mail. Experience with CS01, CyberLife, LifePro and Bannerstone is a plus.
