Admissions Coordinator

EDMC Online Higher Education is seeking Admissions Coordinators to guide students during the enrollment process.  This position requires excellent customer service skills, along with sound critical thinking skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates will contact students to explain the enrollment and planning process, will address how to complete necessary enrollment forms, ensure compliance under all legal and Dept. of Education guidelines, and will ensure that students have received required consumer information.  Responsibilities also include collection of paperwork, follow up on missing forms, assist in securing transcripts & proof of graduation documents, and assist with required admissions testing. 

A Bachelors degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as a member of a team are critical for success.  We seek detail-oriented candidates who are organized and have exceptional time management skills.
