Admissions Assistant

Radius HealthCare Center at Worcester is a skilled nursing facility staffed with healthcare professionals who attend to the variety of needs of our residents. We provide a wide range of services not only to our Worcester residents, but also to those in the surrounding towns.

 

We are currently seeking a part time Admissions Assistant for our Admissions and Marketing office.

 

The qualified candidate must possess excellent people and customer services skills, and be outgoing and empathetic.  Proficiency in computer programs Word, Excel, and Publisher is required. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not required. Duties include, but are not limited to, being the point of contact for screeners out in the community, working closely with the Administrator and Director of Nursing upon referrals, preparing rooms for admissions, conducting tours of the facility, copying, faxing, preparing quarterly reports, and assisting Admissions Coordinator with marketing meetings and events

 

This position is part time Monday through Friday, 12pm-4pm or 1pm-5pm.
