Administrative Assistant with three to five years experience-$50K

Downtown Boston architectural firm seeks an experienced administrative assistant to support the President as well as the Director of HR. Responsibilities will include: arranging travel, scheduling appointments, calendar management, drafting correspondence, coordinating company functions, catering lunches, preparing conferences rooms, etc. All candidates must have at least three to five years of experience as an administrative assistant (previous experience in the architectural industry is a plus). A Bachelor's degree and expert knowledge of the Microsoft office package is required.
