Administrative Assistant to PRC

Product Action is currently searching for a Project Resource Coach. Qualifications

§  Associate’s degree in business or equivalent work experience

§  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

§  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

§  Excellent clerical skills

§  Knowledge of office equipment operation

§  Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Professional

§  Ability to travel up to 25%

 

Responsibilities

§  Responsible for maintenance and creation of a wide variety of reports and documentation for the PRC.

§  Update and maintain Access Database

§  Responsible for general clerical duties such as filing, faxes, copying, and compiling as requested.

§  Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
