We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in Pittsburgh, PA who will provide secretarial and administrative duties to the Corporate Trust department. 

 

Responsibilities:

·  Arranging appointments, meeting rooms, and business travel

·  Preparation of correspondence, memoranda, and presentations

·  Manage office supplies and other administrative duties.

 

Qualifications:

·  Strong interpersonal, administrative, and oral/written communication skills required. 

·  Must be fully conversant with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·  You will work in a fast paced environment requiring an experienced and seasoned self-starter with excellent time management skills. 

·  You will be required to effectively multi task a variety of concurrent projects in short time frames.

·  You must also be organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask. 

·  Work experience in financial services is a plus.
