Pay Rate:

$12.39 - 0-90 days

$14.58 - after 90 days

 

POSITION PURPOSE:

To ensure the highest quality of guest service and cleanliness throughout the Spa, Salon and fitness center. Process the laundry/linen of the spa and fitness center. Transport laundry/linen to laundry area in Hotel. Pick up laundry/linen and stock and disperse throughout the spa. To Assist and perform front desk agent duties when needed. Assist and perform retail and merchandising duties when needed. Perform computer related duties of the spa. Assist in the scheduling of spa treatments. Perform and assist in high level customer service spa duties.  Oversee cleanliness and organization of the spa and fitness center.

% Responsible for being knowledgeable of all spa services, pricing, and other services provided by the Spa.  Responsible for conveying a description of all services, pricing, and other services to the guest in informative, knowledgeable manner.

 

% Exercise proper telephone etiquette with guests in compliance with the Hotel’s terminology.

 

% Responsible for serving guests in a timely manner, while implementing proper service standards. Ensuring that the guest is properly orientated to the locker area and locker amenities.

 

% Practice all sanitation and safety guidelines provided by both the Department of Health and the Resort

 

% maintain cleanliness in all areas of The Spa, salon and fitness center.

 

% Responsible for escorting guests to their appropriate service area, locker room, quiet area, salon, etc.

 

% Taking reservations for spa services, checking in guests for services and assist with the spa front desk open close out procedure.

 

% Responsible for the entire laundry/linen process in the spa, salon and fitness center.

 



QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education


High school or equivalent education required. 


 


Experience


One to two years in a front of house high customer service, public contact position.

All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Starwood standards.
