You should be willing to expand your sphere of influence and become a recognized expert. You should be a CPA with good interpersonal abilities and strong computer skills in Word, Excel, CCH ProSystem Tax and Trial Balance, QuickBooks and a willingness to learn and become proficient in these and other tools.
