RESPONSIBILITIES



Provide business analysis support for Citigroup Payroll — Executive Compensation Liaison with Equity Compensation Systems on stock vestings, system changes, dividend processing and any other equity activities. Experience with Peoplesoft, or SQL type systems to write and run complex queries to help identify issues and balancing of files. Develop, test and implement any applicable changes to incoming and outgoing files. Ability to multitask and work on several projects at one time (mergers, acquisitions, reconciliation, etc) Team Lead for year-end activity. Processing of Deferred Compensation Transactions. Prepare work requests for system changes Manage daily activities of staff members.





JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

 

2-4 years experience in business analysis, payroll processing, payroll tax withholding and equity compensation. Advanced Peoplesoft experience using Query preferred Strong analytical, communication and decision making skills Advanced knowledge of Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, work under pressure 4-year degree or equivalent payroll experience
